  1. Herein is provided the Privacy Policy of LEEQUID (owner and operator of https://leequid.io). This Privacy Policy describes how LEEQUID will collect, use and disclose information about you in connection with your use of the services and access to the website and app, including when you use or interact with the services, register for or attend events, request to receive updates from us, complete a survey or questionnaire, participate in research, post in community features of the website and app, or otherwise communicate with us through any channel or email address. Unless specifically defined in this Privacy Policy, all terms have the meaning given to in the Terms and Conditions.       1. LEEQUID will share information with Lukso’s public blockchain. Please note that LEEQUID is not responsible for your data processed in this decentralized and permissionless network.
      2. In the event that LEEQUID is involved in a merger, acquisition, or other association change there may be disclosure of your information to another entity related to this event;
      3. LEEQUID reserves the right to disclose your information that we believe, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to enforce our Terms and Conditions, take precautions against liability or harm, to investigate and request to third-party claims or allegations, to respond to a court order or official request and to protect security or integrity of LEEQUID.
      4. We work with third-party service providers to provide services for us, which may require access or use information about you.

LEEQUID collects information globally and may transfer, process and store your information outside of your country of residence, to wherever we or our third-party service providers operate for the purpose of providing you with the Services.     2. The security measures in place will, from time to time, be reviewed in line with legal and technical developments. However, we give no guarantee that such misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure will not occur.

      1. they are necessary to render you the services;
      2. your consent is no longer valid;
      3. your personal data have been deleted following your data deletion request;
      4. we have received the court order or a lawful authority’s request mandating to permanently delete all the personal data we have obtained about you; or

    2. Nevertheless, you acknowledge that no data transmission over the Internet is totally secure. Accordingly, LEEQUID does not warrant the security of any information which you transmit to it. Any information which you transmit to LEEQUID is transmitted at your own risk. However, once LEEQUID receives your transmission, LEEQUID will take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorized access, modification and disclosure.
    3. LEEQUID’s employees, agents and contractors are required to maintain the confidentiality of user’s personal information and trading behaviour.
    4. LEEQUID takes seriously the responsibility to exclude children from access to our services. We will not accept their information for the purposes of accessing or using the website, app and its services. It is, however, ultimately the responsibility of parents or guardians to monitor their children’s internet activities including where appropriate by using Internet screening software.

    2. Right to Access – you may request all personal data being processed about you by sending the right to access request to LEEQUID;
    3. Right to Rectification – exercise of the given right directly depends on the data category concerned: if it concerns online identifiers obtained by the Company automatically, then their rectification isn’t possible.
    4. Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten) – you can send to LEEQUID the request to delete any data we are currently processing about you;
    5. Restriction of Processing – you shall be entitled to request restriction of processing from LEEQUID if you contest the data accuracy or object to processing of the personal data for direct marketing;
    6. Objection to Processing – under certain circumstances you may exercise this right respect to the personal data we process about you.
    7. Right to Data Portability – under certain circumstances you may exercise this right with respect to the personal data we process about you.
    8. Consent Withdrawal Right – you shall be entitled to withdraw consent to the processing of the personal data to which you provide your consent.
